Cancellation Policy
•No call / No show 50% will be charged from service booked + Deposit will be non refundable
• Canceling an appointment within 48hrs and/or day of , 50% will be charge from service booked
• Rescheduling an appointment - a one time rescheduling with in 7 days from original appointment date or a 50% will be charged from your service booked
•15 minutes window if you are running late to your appointment, I understand life happens (please also communicate if your are running late to your appointment as a courtesy)
